Vinyasa

(Non-Heated) & (Heated)

This all-levels practice offers a consistent experience of foundational poses and principles of Vinyasa yoga. You’ll benefit from much needed relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your body. Non-heated and heated class options available. No experience necessary. Heated classes reach a maximum of 90 degrees.

Power Vinyasa

(HOT)

This Power Vinyasa (HOT) class contains a variety of poses in a flowing movement that cultivates balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Catered towards a somewhat experienced yogi, this class will challenge your breath and build physical endurance. Recommended for students who have attended at least 3-5 yoga classes. However, all our teachers are very supportive and will help guide you through a wonderful experience on the mat. Room heated between 90-100 degrees. 

Energy Medicine Mobility

This mobility class focuses on increasing flexibility and building self-awareness through stretch. Infused with subtle energy techniques, Energy Medicine Mobility uses passive and active stretching to connect the internal with the external. No experience necessary. Room is heated 75-80 degrees.

Flow + Meditation

Ground yourself mentally and spiritually through this slow and refreshing all-levels practice of meditation, breath work, and postures to support mind­ body awareness. 30 minutes of gentle movement to warm up & open the body followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. No experience necessary. Room is non-heated.

Restorative

Stress less. This relaxing practice explores breath-work, gentle movement, and a longer time in restorative poses using the support of props. No experience necessary. Room is non-heated.

Candlelight Yin

Yin yoga is a relaxing, slow-paced practice that incorporates long holds, breathe techniques, and deep stretching that can create space is plastic areas of the body; joints, ligaments, and bones. Yin yoga practioners can enjoy lowered stress responses, increased physical and emotional flexibility, and a deeper connection to self. No experience necessary. Room is non-heated.

Ayurveda Yoga

In this class, students will practice yoga from an Ayurvedic perspective and experience more on the yoga mat than simply the physical practice of poses. Practioners will explore Ayurveda and learn how to use this ancient healing modality in their everyday lives. No experience necessary. Room is non-heated. 

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is an effortless, guided meditation practice of deep rest. It’s a practice where there is no need to try, to use any kind of effort, or to work in any way; a practice of letting go, relaxation, and non-doing. No experience necessary. Props are available, but you are welcome to bring a pillow and blanket to create a cozy nidra nest. Room is non-heated.

 

Intro to Yoga

Intro to yoga is a once a month offering for beginners and everyone who is interested in reviewing the essential elements of a yoga practice. These classes focus on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment, utilizing the breath, lines of energy, and the language of the practice. Come as you are. Room is non-heated.
