Vinyasa

(Non-Heated) (Heated) & (Hot)

A Vinyasa yoga class begins with breathwork and  includes a range of standing, seated and supine poses as well as  balancing postures. You’ll benefit from much needed relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your body. Non-heated and heated class options available. Heated classes reach a maximum of 90 degrees. Hot classes reach a maximum of 100 degrees. No experience required.

 

Vin Yin

(Non-Heated) (Heated)

Vin Yin yoga combines the flow of vinyasa in the first half of class and stretching elements of yin yoga the last half. Class will have an emphasis on flexibility and stretching. This class is very beginner-friendly and challenges intermediate yoga practitioners. No experience required. Non-heated and heated options are available.

Hatha

(Non-Heated) (Heated)

Explore both Hatha and Tantra techniques while building a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy. Each lesson will dive into the mysteries of the subtle body and its relation to the tangible world. No experience required. Class is non-heated,

Energy Stretch

(Non-Heated)

Energy stretch is a gentle practice that merges energy medicine techniques with stretching. By linking the energetic body with the physical body, this class promotes optimal health and vitality. Stretching creates space in the body, enabling energy to move and flow more naturally. No experience is required. Class is non-heated.

 

Restore & Reform

(Non-Heated)

Restore and Reform invites you to create a dialogue between body and mind through a therapeutic restorative practice. The use of props gives you an opportunity to feel held, so you can let go of personal investment. With this intention in mind, each posture and informed adjustment can encourage our imagination to move the breath freely through the body to create opportunity to be with oneself, hold space for insight, and tap into a state of well-being. Class is Non-Heated. No experience required.

Restorative & Yin

(Non-Heated)

Both Restorative and Yin yoga are gentle, slow,  and still styles of yoga that involve long passive holds in a series of restful poses. Students are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation. Restorative is the perfect supplement to more active classes or activities. Class is Non-Heated. No experience required. Great for beginners. 

 

Gravity Yoga

(Non-Heated)

Gravity yoga is an excellent way to achieve greater flexibility through long stretches targeting connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. By increasing your range of motion, you can regain functional flexibility. Since 50% of our flexibility is determined by your nervous system, this class puts an emphasis on proper diaphragmatic breathing. Great for pain relief, injury prevention, and relaxation. Class is non-heated. No experience required.

Ayurveda Yoga

(Non-Heated)

In this class, students will practice yoga from an Ayurvedic perspective and experience more on the yoga mat than simply the physical practice of poses. Practioners will explore Ayurveda and learn how to use this ancient healing modality in their everyday lives. No experience necessary. Room is non-heated. 

Flow & Sculpt

(Heated)

Flow and Sculpt is a combination of fluid vinyasa with the strength training benefits of sculpt. This class begins with a gentle warm- up as you flow into a series of postures and movements. Using light weights and resistance bands, your instructor will incorporate exercises that will improve your posture, stability, and overall endurance. No experience required. Class is heated.

Mini + Me

(Non-Heated)

Mini + Me Yoga introduces children to yoga and positive thinking. We provide mats, props, and supplies for you and your little to get comfortable inside the studio. This class is offered quarterly and often includes an interactive craft. Sign up for our newsletter for future class announcements.

Functional Strength Training + Core

(Non-Heated)

In a functional strength class you will work smarter not harder by focusing on intensity over duration with an emphasis on proper form and inner core stabilization. A sculpt like feel without the dumbbells. This is not a yoga class but a great way to move your energy and feel strong in your body. Class is Non-Heated. No experience required.

Class is Non-Heated. No experience required. Great for beginners. 

Full Moon & New Moon Gatherings

(Non-Heated)

Throughout history, the moon has been a highly influential body. It has led the way for travelers, shed light in the darkness, and guided animals through their incredible journeys. We, too, are impacted by the moon. During a moon gathering you will meditate, journal, and share a moment together as a group to sit in gratitude for all the good you have in our life. Non-Heated. No experience necessary. No Asana (postures). Great for beginners.

Yoga Nidra

(Non-Heated)

Yoga nidra is an effortless, guided meditation practice of deep rest. It’s a practice where there is no need to try, to use any kind of effort, or to work in any way; a practice of letting go, relaxation, and non-doing. No experience necessary. Props are available, but you are welcome to bring a pillow and blanket to create a cozy nidra nest. Room is non-heated. 

Mini + Me

(Non-Heated)

Mini + Me Yoga introduces children to yoga and positive thinking. We provide mats, props, and supplies for you and your little to get comfortable inside the studio. This class is offered bi-monthly and often includes an interactive craft. Sign up for our newsletter for future class announcements.
