We offer a variety of heated (80-90), hot (90-100), and non-heated (70-80) yoga practices that will prep you for your day or help you wind down. Because our teaching culture is invitational, you will always be encouraged to make choices that are best for you.

Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a faster paced class that links each inhale and exhale with movement. You'll incorporate Sun Salutations followed by sequences that are a combination of standing, standing balancing, forward bends and backbends. Depending on the focus of the class, teachers may incorporate meditation or visualizations in savasana.

Yin & Yang
Yin and Yang Yoga puts an emphasis on the qualities of masculine and feminine energy. Although some poses may still present a light challenge, the pace is appropriate for any student less familiar with the practice of yoga.

Hatha
Hatha blends multiple lineages and philosophies of yoga into one balanced class. You'll move from Sun Salutations guided by the teacher, into long-held postures that offer space to build heat and explore alignment techniques. Teachers have more room for creativity in regards to pace, with space and time to offer education about pivotal poses or techniques.
HOT
YUJ Sculpt
YUJ's sculpt combines a bit of yoga, pilates, light cardio, weights, and breath for a full-body experience. Each class will feature the teacher’s favorite movement modalities to build strength and stability for a well rounded movement practice. Don't forget your towel for this hot and often sweaty class.

Ayurveda Yoga
Ayurveda is a life-science that dates back thousands of years that promotes balance among the mind, body, and spirit. You will move into sitting , standing, and reclined postures inspired by the 5 elements or vital energy forces that are unique to each season. Each class ends in guided pranayama or meditation that can help you create a unique connection to the present moment.

Avita
Avita is a gentle, purpose-driven yoga practice that focuses on the joints, strengthening bones, and calming the nervous system. Poses are held passively for two to three minutes and often against the wall, allowing you to explore restricted areas of the body slowly and safely. This class is extremely beginner friendly.

Mat Pilates
Mat pilates is a high-energy, low impact class that will connect you to your core. Teachers may or may not give you dumbbells, bands, rings, or sliders to boost flexibility and support your growth. With many modifications offered, this class is accessible for all fitness levels.

Yin & Restorative
Yin and restorative are both slow paced styles of yoga that benefitsthe fascia and connective tissues of the body. You will relax into passive poses that are held for an extended amount of time. Class will often reflect seasonal patterns, and attune to the energetic body as well as the physical. This class is beginner friendly and has restorative benefits.
