Heated Mat Pilates
Fire up your core with a heated mat pilates class. Every Friday at 4:30pm you can build strength in this upbeat, sweaty, but low-impact class. Sami is our go-to certified pilates instructor and her inviting personality makes this class accessible for all-levels.
Enjoy the soothing and warming sounds of crystal bowls at YUJ. Michelle will play her collection of crystal sound bowls and guide you through a very gentle yoga nidra practice. We'll provide blankets and additional props for your comfort.
