Grab your shades for a gentle practice in the heart of Downtown Fargo. Yoga on The Terrace takes place at Jasper Hotel on select Sunday's at 10am throughout the summer season. Members attend for FREE.

Poses On The Prairie at That's The Dream Farm



Escape the city hustle and bustle to That's The Dream Farm in Glyndon, Minnesota. Each yoga class takes place outdoors and is followed with a cooling cup of iced tea. Attendees are welcome to stay after to visit the horses and other farm friends. Children 8 and older are welcome to attend with a guardian.

July 30th

Mini + Me Yoga with Leika Sensory Creations

Join Allison, the founder of YUJ, and Ashley, the creator of Leika Sensory Creations, for an engaging class that includes yoga, sensory play, and a scented playdough jar creation to take-home. This class is designed to bring caretaker and child (ages 5-10) closer together through fun and creative activities.

One reservation includes 1 child + 1 adult. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Two Sessions: 1-2pm and 4-5pm

August 4th

Tween Yoga with Leika Sensory Creations

This class is designed for tweens (ages 10-13) to learn the fundamentals of yoga and mindfulness. After discovering the benefits of yoga, each tween will create an essential oil roller and affirmation cards to take-home. This class is in collaboration with Ashley, the mind and brilliance behind Leika Sensory Creations.

 Two Sessions: 1-2pm and 4-5pm

Simplicity Women's Yoga Retreat
